Package Design Services
Design Consultation
For the DIY homeowner or the budget conscious, we will meet with you on-site
and provide you with a variety of ideas including furniture placement, lighting,
paint colours, flooring, built-ins and window treatments.
Colour Consultation
For each room, we will provide wall colour, trim colour and ceiling colour.
- $75 per room
- 3 rooms for $200
- $50 for each additional room, after 3 rooms

Home Staging Consultation
This consultation package will offer you guidance and advice on maximizing
your home's resale value. We will visit your home and provide you with a detailed
report of recommended enhancement for both the interior and exterior of your
home.
Home Staging Service:
We will prepare your house to be showcased for resale. We can work with what
you have or we can supply furniture and accessories as required. If decluttering,
cleaning and repairs are necessary, the homeowner can choose to handle it
themselves or have us arrange to have the task completed. We will reposition
your furniture and style your rooms by adding all the finishing touches.
